Description

This 3 day beginners guide to mindfulness practice teaches us to recognise and step away from habitual, often unhelpful reactions to everyday events. It provides us with a scientifically researched approach to cultivating clarity of mind, creativity, mental and emotional resilience. In these mindful morning workshops, you’ll get an opportunity to explore what mindfulness is, learn practical tools to use in day to day life and help you stay engaged, motivated and happy at work. This event is powered by Echo, East London’s local skill sharing marketplace.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3 day course, each day will focus on different techniques. Please book for all 3 sessions if you would like to attend the full course.
