Mindful Mornings: Mindfulness for Busy People

About this Event
On the final Saturday of each month, we get together for some time to meditate and explore a different theme related to mindfulness practice.
Each morning comprises two sessions with an intervening coffee break. Open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.
This month's theme is: MINDFULNESS FOR BUSY PEOPLE
How often do you find yourself saying that you're "too busy" to practice mindfulness? Are you too rushed in the mornings? Too tired in the evenings? Too many items on your to-do list, to be able to appreciate what's around?
This month, we'll explore ways to bring mindful awareness into a busy routine. Find strategies to:
- Begin the day with greater composure and direction
- Come out of the mental whirlwind, to find peace, concentration and contentment.
- Turn the small moments of daily life into opportunities to reconnect with the world.
