Join us for a friendly well-being session that brings together simple mindful movement, and breath practices to ease the stresses and strains of everyday life and transition with ease from one season of the year, or of life, to the next.
Discover some simple practices of Qigong and Yoga, to help you ease tension from your physical body, and find peace in your mind.
This session will help you tune into the season, in particular the transition from summer into Autumn, and the changes that can bring.

Who is this session for?
It’s for people of all ages and genders, offering practical tools to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to handle life’s ups and downs.
No experience of Qigong or Yoga is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to give it a go.
Everyone deserves the chance to care for themselves and feel well.
What to Expect
A calming blend of mindfulness, movement and breath, inspired by Yoga and Qigong, with a lovely guided relaxation to finish.
-Everything will be simple and relaxed.
-We’ll do some practices seated, standing, and lying down.
-There will be no weight-bearing on hands and knees, so suitable for those with arthritis.
-Chairs will be available for anyone who wishes to use them.
What to Bring
Come as you are - wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
You can practice barefoot, in socks, or in indoor shoes.
If you have one, bring a yoga mat, we’ll have plenty of spares.
Anything you need to be cosy in the guided relaxation, a blanket or a cushion. Whatever you need to be comfy.

Maria is Qualified in Yoga, Yoga with Qigong, Yoga with Pilates, Meditation, Menopause Yoga and Teen Yoga.
