Hi, I'm Lena (@starlikemovement), and I'm hosting an in-person class in London — not your typical fitness event. There's no aggressive messaging about "crushing your goals" or other nonsense. Instead, we'll socialise, connect & understand each other better through movement (and banter :)).

My background combines exercise science with a very human approach to wellness — no perfectionism, no punishment, just movement that serves your actual life.

I've recently relocated to London, and I'm genuinely excited to meet you in person and share what I've learned teaching thounsads of you how to make movement feel natural again.

Personal Attention in a Small Group With only 19 people, this isn't about disappearing into the back row. I'll be right there with hands-on guidance, real-time adjustments, and individual tips. You'll learn proper form and modifications that work for your unique body.
