Join us for hour sessions of Mindfulness and Self-compassion, designed to help you cultivate inner peace, resilience, and self-kindness.
Research shows that Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while increasing life satisfaction.
Each one-hour session will include few minutes of slow Mindful body movement to prepare towards the guided meditations.
Mindfulness promotes relaxation and presence, along with inspiring messages and key mindfulness and self-compassion principles.
Through these practices, you will:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Enhance emotional well-being
- Develop greater self-acceptance and kindness
- Improve focus and resilience in daily life
No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
You can book as a drop-in or get a discount by booking a block of 4 or 6 sessions.
