A Mindful Movement Seminar focusing on Movement Mechanics, Gymnastic Skills and FUN!

This is a 4 part seminar to explore all the ingredients for true physical freedom.

The kind of freedom that allows you to say YES to any activity, at any age.

A full day to tap into your playful self and explore, appreciate and understand the basics of Bodyweight Movement.

Learn the language of YOUR body to practice mindfully and diligently towards any goal or skill you desire.

From the initial building blocks to the advanced, everything will be uncovered in this seminar to make sure you leave with a full understanding of how to encourage your whole body to work as a team.

Build strength from joint level, feel amazing in your own body and learn how to stay pain free and mobile.

This seminar won’t just teach you skills for 1 day or 1 year. This is a seminar to show you ways of training and moving to stay healthy for life and excel in any sport you choose.

Focusing on the foundations of the Push Up to Handstand Push Up & Chin Up to Muscle Up.

A key skill to full body strength, proprioception and control.

It’s not just about the handstand itself. It’s about what it teaches you throughout the whole learning process resulting in owning a kickass skill at the end. The transference of skill from a freestanding handstand offers endless possibilites.

This seminar will be taught by Gayle Pocock.

Gayle has a love for being upside down after teaching herself to handstand at age 35.

This skill opened her eyes to the incredible possibilities of the human body and changed her mindset on everything. She quit her job to pursue her dream of sharing this with as many people as possible.

Gayle is a GMB Fitness Lead Trainer, certified in FRA, FRC Mobility Specialist and Kinstretch and holds a degree in Pharmacology and Psychology.

Gayle is incredibly passionate about healthy movement and loves to find the spark in people when they achieve things they never thought possible. Staying fit should be FUN!
