Welcome to Mindful Movement, Stillness, Meditation & Breathwork for Complete Wellbeing! Join me for an explorative and enriching experience focused on nurturing your mind, body and spirit - aimed at enhancing movement potential, functional strength and mobility, while illuminating the holistic quality inherent in movement . This small in-person event will take place in my welcoming home studio, where you will be invited to explore variations of movement, breath , mindfulness, stillness and meditation drawn from ancient teachings of Yoga, Qigong to Somatic Body work, Dance and Psychotherapeutic enquiry. As we learn to integrate and cultivate stronger awareness of mind and body, we create pathways to greater healing; physical and mental healing. Everyone is welcome- those with no experience to those more experienced; suitable for all abilities - adaptations offered; this event offers something for everyone.
