Life can feel like 24/7 chaos and having moments of calm and quiet can seem like the impossible to achieve when we have our normal day to day distractions around us.

For many of us sitting down to meditate can feel overwhelming, frustrating, or impossible. Even thinking about meditation can bring some out in a sweat.

It can be woo woo, it can be hippy dippy, but it doesn't have to be... I like to think of myself as the Warrior Woman Urban Hippy to make things more achievable in a modern day world.

I have created this workshop to introduce you to different methods and techniques of meditation and adding in some gentle mindful movement to ease out aches and pains to help release tension not just in the body but also in the mind.

End your weekend in a calm, peaceful place so you are re-enegised to take on the week ahead.

Being diagnosed with a chronic condition called Crohn's disease has left me reassessing my whole weekly routine.

I used to operate on 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night, worked 7 days a week, I did too much exercise, burned the candel at both ends and had a flame going under the middle of it too.

I was in a constant state of stress. By bringing Yoga, Pilates, mindful movement and meditation in to my life I have found a place of peace and calm in my world helping me be better equiped to deal with the mountains that are put in my way.
