About this event

Community Corner is a service run by the NHS aiming to combat social isolation and help people to live well in their communities. We run activities to promote health and wellbeing.

Join us on the 9th September from 10:30am to 12:00pm for some tea and mat yoga at Earl's Court Health and Wellbeing Hub. We will be providing the mats, so you only need to bring yourself, and wear comfortable clothes. Please note this event is only advisable to those who are able to move on the mat.

Refreshments will be provided from 10:30. The yoga session will start at 10:35 and will last 60 minutes.

Gentle movements and guided breathing in yoga aid flexibility and strength, helping to release tension in your muscles and joints and reduce stress. We hope you will feel confident taking what you learn and trying it again at home.

The Community Corner team put a lot of effort into these events, alongside running a busy drop-in service. Whilst these events are free to attend, they are not free to run!
