Event description
In this class I will share my tips and tricks on how to move and breath mindfully which will give you a great night sleep.

About this Event

Ever just feel like you could do with a great nights sleep? well this is the class for you, you'll learn a simple yoga sequence that will allow the muscles to ease out land let go of tension followed by some simple breathing exerises as well as a concentration exercise all rounded off with a super relaxing yoga nidra, there will be some time at the end for questions or a cuppa so no need to feel rushed. sound good? come along and give your body permission to rest.

Linda has been teaching yoga for 6 years and just loves to learn, having completed her 200hour Teacher Training with the Seasonal Yoga Academy in Glasgow in 2014 she has gone on to become a Rainbow Kids Teacher and has taught in various different Primary and Secondary Schools in East Ayrshire, as if that wasn't enough she has completed courses with The Glasgow Mindfulness Centre and has recently completed a 500hour Teacher Training with The British Wheel of Yoga, Linda currently fits teaching three drop in classes per week around her full time job and two children.
