Mindful Mums - January 2026

Welcome to Mindful Mums!

Please join us on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 6:00 PM for our NEW monthly meet up where all Mums/Mother figures are welcome. This month we will be discussing Emotional Regulation.

What does this look/feel like in your home. Why is emotional regulation important. How to navigate tricky situations, communicate clearly with empathy and provide strategies.

Our monthly meet ups support Mums/Mother Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Mums/Mother Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.

Refreshments will be provided.

Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.

This event is intended for Mums and Mother Figures only, however we welcome Mother's who need to bring a baby under 3 Months old.

Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)
