How Do We Meet?

We all jump on a Zoom meeting, so you can do it from your own home, your office, your favourite coffee shop - we've even had people join from their beach holiday!

Question 2

I've never been to a 4N meeting, can I come along?

Absolutely! Visitors are ALWAYS welcome, and if you've never been to a 4N meeting before you can come along as a guest for free to try it out, just grab the Guest ticket.

Question 3

I've never meditated, will the 5 Minute Meditation be OK for me?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. It is a gentle meditation designed to be suitable for everyone from absolute beginner to seasoned practitioner, and everyone in-between. And you can switch your camera off during the meditation for comfort and privacy.

Question 4

Can I come and 4Sight at one of your meetings?

Accepted Answer

If you are a 4N member, we'd be delighted to discuss you 4Sighting - any topic is good provided you can bring a mindful theme or twist to it. Best thing is to come along, see how you find the meeting, then chat to one of the Team.

I don't know if my business is suitable for this one

Accepted Answer

We have a very broad range of businesses coming along to the meeting, you never know who is going to be there, and it's very suitable for any business owner who is open to exploring how to be more mindful in their business, even if that business has nothing to do with mindfulness.
