Dealing with the everyday pressures of family life can be a constant challenge. Mindfulness can help you to stay calm amidst the chaos.

In this workshop our facilitator Angie (who is also a mum) will explain what mindfulness is, take you through some practices to use at home with your family and show you how it can help you rise to the challenges of parenthood, for example:

  • Develop greater levels of patience and acceptance, learning to respond rather then react

  • Improve relationships, helping you to feel more connected to your children/teenagers

  • View situations with a sense of perspective

  • Demonstrate healthy habits for your family to follow

Whether you are new to mindfulness or already have some experience, this workshop will help you achieve a calmer, happier and more relaxed family life.
