The 8-week MSC course, developed by Kristin Neff, PhD, and Christopher Germer, PhD, is a practical, experiential program that helps us respond more kindly to life’s challenges while building emotional resources and resilience. While therapeutic, MSC is not therapy; it is mindfulness-based compassion training, where warmth and self-kindness are at the heart of the practice.
