Free Mindful Self-Compassion Introductory Session: December 6, 2016; 19:00 – 21:00 (7pm – 9pm)
This mini workshop is open to everyone and offers a mix of short talks, experiential exercises and
an introductory meditation, providing a sneak-peek into the 8-week program starting on January
10th. Participants will also get a taste of the supportive group format designed to cultivate the skill
