We may sometimes feel like we’re ‘going through the motions’ in work and at home, or just generally feel burnt out.

We're offering a free one hour 'taster' session in Mindful Self Compassion where you can develop some skills to help you to avoid those feelings and learn to better support yourself.

Organised by the Healthier Together team, the workshop will be co-delivered by Dr Nicola Harker and Jan Cribb, qualified practitioners in Mindful Self Compassion. Nicola has been a GP for the last 20 years, and worked for MacMillan for the last 8 years. Jan is a Psychiatrist and Coach. They offer these sessions to support colleagues across the NHS. It will be very informal and you’ll go away with some techniques that you can put into practice straight away!

We recommend booking early as spaces are limited.
