I'd like to know more about Sarah & Jacqui
Sarah launched her business, SHC Social Media, in 2014 and since then has helped and supported over 150 business owners in the identification and navigation of their social media needs. Her services include social media consultancy, tutorials, strategic management and training.
Sarah makes the confusing and daunting world of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accessible, manageable, seemingly effortless and above all enjoyable. She inspires confidence and engagement in business owners and their clients alike, ensuring that the right messages reach the right people at the right time through the right platform. Her approach is inspiring, motivating, enlightening and fun.
Sarah walks her walk. The success of SHC Social Media, and her newest creation “Come Network With Me”, are testament to her ability to create a personal, exciting and inviting social media presence that repeatedly engages and captivates her business audience.
Jacqui started off her journey into Holistic health in 2011 when she retrained to become a Reflexologist with the International Institute of Reflexology, after experiencing great results through treatments for her own experience of recurrent miscarriage. Since then she’s supported many clients on their wellbeing journeys and became very aware of the energy aspect of treating others. To this end Jacqui qualified as a Reiki practitioner in 2014 to further increase her ability to work at an energetic level. Noticing more and more the increase in stress and anxiety, not only in adults but in children also, Jacqui decided to expand her work in schools and qualify to become a Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation. The benefits Jacqui experienced through a regular Mindfulness Meditation practice herself, led her to set up courses in Mindfulness Meditation for adults too and the results her students have been getting are astounding. It really is possible to bring Mindfulness into our everyday activities and interactions and really feel a difference to happiness and wellbeing.
