About this event

Mindful Stretch and Meditation Class is for beginners - intermediate level. Ideal for anyone who has been less active lately , who are moving less due to working at a desk or those who find it difficult to switch off their busy minds.

The Benefits

It helps destress the body and calm the mind, releases tension and stiffness, improves posture and brings a feeling of overall bliss.

My Mission

At Mindful PT my mission is to empower adults within our local community who are lacking confidence. I have a no judgement policy and have a sensitive approach to those whose mental health is currently effected. You will always be welcomed to my with a big smile :)

How to Book

Click the tickets option to book your ticket and please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to register.


The class is £6:50 if booked alone

Buy a block of 4 classes for £22 (£5.50 per class)

After booking a block you need to pre book with Lorraine your choice of dates and times and the 4 sessions must be used within 4 weeks
