Comfortable seasonally appropriate clothing with study shoes - warm layers on cooler days and suncream in warm weather. we DO go out in the rain so bring an umbrella. Avoid perfume if you can. Bring water and snacks if you wish.

Do I need any experience?

No, anyone can attend this session for free. It is simply a gentle guided stroll through the park teaching simple sensory exercises that most people find very relaxing. There are some slight slopes to walk up and in winter months the route can be a bit muddy.
