Join me for an invigorating session of Vinyasa Yoga that will leave you feeling refreshed and centered.

Whether you're in St. Moritz or joining us online, this class is designed to help you connect with your body and mind through flowing movements and mindfulness techniques.

We take time moving in and out of the poses and also take time to look inward and feel the benefits of each pose.

I will guide you through a series of poses that will help you build strength, flexibility, and inner peace with lots of modifications to encourage you to work at your own level.

Yoga in general is a safe practice and suitable for most people. In any case you should always listen to your own body. There are some contra-indications which should be noted of, however. Do please tell me beforehand at the session if any of the below applies to you, so I can adjust the practice.

The contra-indications are: Pregnancy, Detached retina, Glaucoma, Heart deseases, Non controlled hIgh/low blood pressure, Thyroid, Diabetes, Asthma, Recent injuries to spine, chest and abdomen area as well as to breathing muscles, and any psychiatric conditions or emotional and mental crisis.

Organised by

I guide weekly Mindful Vinyasa yoga class on Saturday mornings and Yoga based Breathwork session on Sunday mornings in St. Moritz, Switzerland or online.

My classes are aimed at anyone who would like to have all around mind and body relaxation and restoration.

I combine the practices of yoga and breathwork to guide us towards holistic well-being. The goal is to create safe spaces for exploration and healing through breathing techniques, integrating movement and mindfulness.

Integration of yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation promotes our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It's a holistic approach to well-being that aims to unite the body, breath, and mind.

Yoga Asanas improve flexibility, and promote physical health. They also help to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for stillness.

Conscious control and regulation of breath helps to quieten the mind and improve focus.

Meditation techniques and mindfulness allow for deeper relaxation, stress reduction, and enhanced mental clarity.

Classes are roughly 60 mins.

Do get your yoga mat and block ready for the practices. You'd also need a warm jumper or a blanket in hand.

It's always good idea to drink boiled and cooled down water before hand and have your breakfast after the session.

Looking forward to seeing you at my class.
