    Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and indulge in some much-needed self-care. Take a deep breath and join us in reconnecting with nature to foster a sense of tranquility, happiness, and balance within the serene surroundings of the park.

    Our mindful walk, lasting 45-60 minutes, is tailored to accommodate the preferences of all participants. Walk with us along gentle slopes and enchanting paths amidst ancient woodlands, where we'll engage in mindfulness exercises crafted to heighten our awareness of the present moment, our physical sensations, and the natural world surrounding us.

    This inclusive event welcome participants of all ages, embracing families and individuals alike. However, we kindly ask that children are accompanied by an adult for the duration of the journey.

    Please be mindful, the Mindful Walks are free but places are limited. Please only book if you're sure you can attend. If things change after you book and you're unable to make it, please cancel your booking on Eventbrite, so we can give your place to someone else on the waiting list.
