How fit do I need to be?

You need to be able to walk approx 5 miles. There is one hill but otherwise the walk is mainly flat. We are on country paths and footpaths so the ground is uneven in places.

Will we go ahead in poor weather?

Yes, 90% of the time, and Jo will alter the walk slightly to lessen the time outside. If Jo cancels the walk due to poor weather, you'll receive a full refund. Any such decision will be made at least a day in advance.

Do I need experience of mindfulness?

No. Jo will introduce you to mindfulness and guide you to practise it. Please know, there is no right or wrong way to do it - it's more about slowing down and noticing your own self.
