Take a pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a gentle, mindful walk in the beautiful surroundings of Morden Hall Park. Together, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with ourselves, with nature, and with community.

​Our monthly walking club is open to everyone. You don’t need any mindfulness experience, just a pair of comfortable shoes and the curiosity to notice the world around you.

We’ll meet outside Morden Underground Station, walk together through Morden Hall Park, and finish at the Stableyard Café.

​Mindful walking is a simple yet powerful way to reduce stress, bring calm, and deepen your connection to the present moment.
