A deep yet gentle way of working the body to create space in your joints, bring life to your spine and develop a wonderful sense of being more connected to the earth through mindful movement and breath awareness.
Experience deep yet gentle excercises which connect mind and body, opening up space in our joints, bringing life to the spine and nourishing our sense of wellbeing.
During the sessions this term, we will continue to explore the principles of Scaravelli Yoga. The focus in each posture is on the breath, which helps to relieve tension and bring a soft lightness to mind and the body, restoring balance, stability and calmness.
These classes are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Please work at your own pace and rest when you need to.
