About this event

Mindfully Living: A Cup of Calm for a Busy Mind

Join us at Baytree Flowers And Coffeehouse for a relaxing event focused on finding peace in the chaos of everyday life.

Step into a calming space filled with flowers, kind words, and the gentle invitation to slow down. Mindfully Living is a two-hour session designed to help you breathe a little deeper, reconnect with yourself, and explore simple ways to care for your mind and body.

Together, over tea, coffee, and cake, we’ll explore:

🌿 How stress and overwhelm can quietly build up — and how to gently recognise the signs

🌿 Understanding the body’s response to stress and burnout — with kindness and curiosity

🌿 Small, supportive steps to begin recovering and creating steadier days

🌿 Soothing breathwork and light movements to calm and ground

🌿 Mindful everyday practices that bring more ease and intention into your life

You’ll also receive a small gift to take home, as a reminder that you deserve care, too.

Whether you’re feeling burnt out, a little off balance, or simply craving a pause , this space is for you. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little softer.

Spaces are limited to keep things cosy , book early to save your spot.

We can’t wait to welcome you 🌼

My name is Andrea L Evans and since 2017 I have dedicated my time to developing a body of work with the intention of creating holistic wellbeing and an ability to thrive through a culture of care and connection. I work as an Organisational Improvement and Wellbeing Strategist delivering coaching to individuals and teams. I am incredibly passionate about storytelling and hearing the stories of others so those who are listening , see, hear and understand a person beyond what they see at surface skin level. I host a podcast, The Connection Compass, to date the podcast has over 2000 downloads and has been listened to in 49 countries. I am also a trained yoga teacher, I am trained in Sivananda Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Somatic practices for healing, reducing stress, anxiety and burnout recovery. I have also trained in all levels of Reiki and have been practicing for 14 years. Through Yoga and Reiki I have an excellent understanding of the chakra system and jungian archetypal work.

I have a passion for growing vague concepts into something meaningful and that creates impact. My work bridges and connects research, science, life philosophies and lived experience. Other things you might like to know about me is that I have been a qualified nurse for 28 years, predominantly working in the field of Public Health, Quality Improvement, Clinical Governance, HIV Nursing, Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine. I have received two awards during that time for Leading Service Improvement and Customer Focus.

I love books, being outdoors and music

My Vision is to create a culture of care and connection, where people are truly seen, hears, understood and holistically supported to thrive. A world where personal growth, leadership and collaboration emerge from alignment with self, others, place and purpose. My mission to support individuals and teams to reconnect to what matters the most, recovering from burnout to a more balanced state, from idea to impact. and from disconnection to connection creating meaningful relationships, connection and collaboration. Through holistic leadership, team development, coaching, podcasting, creative story telling and healing spaces I hold spaces for growth and connection that is personal, cultural and systemic
