How do we begin to move from a mindset of not enough — time, money, energy, love, worth — into a more grounded, resourced sense of enoughness? And how can lack be part of feeling too much?
This 4-week live group coaching and Flow Journaling course offers a powerful yet gentle framework to help you explore those questions in your own life.
Through weekly live Zoom sessions in a small, supportive group, we’ll explore the roots of scarcity-thinking, uncover what abundance truly means (beyond material wealth), and begin to create sustainable shifts in how we relate to ourselves, our stories, and the world around us.
Each session weaves together coaching insights, journaling practices, and compassionate self-inquiry — supporting you to build awareness, uncover hidden beliefs, and take meaningful action toward the changes you seek.
What You’ll Receive:
- 4 x 75-minute live sessions (via Zoom) with Henny Flynn
- A weekly worksheet with guided Flow Journaling prompts, practical tools and between-session reflections
- A supportive small group to allow space for sharing and deep listening
- Mindfulness practices to help regulate the nervous system and open to new perspectives
- A dedicated WhatsApp group for support between sessions - giving you space to reflect, share, and stay connected with the journey in whatever way feels right for you
- Optional self-reflection exercises to go deeper between sessions
This is not a rigid program. It’s an open, nurturing, and deeply personal experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. You will leave with a clearer sense of your dreams, practical steps to move forward and a deeper trust in your own inner knowing.

No prior journaling experience is needed. Just bring yourself, as you are.
Course Themes (Week by Week)
Week 1 – Seeing the Pattern
What does lack look and feel like in your life? We begin by mapping our experience with clarity and compassion.
Week 2 – Untangling the Roots
Where does the voice of not-enoughness / too muchness come from? What stories, beliefs or systems might be shaping it?
Week 3 – Reclaiming Your Perspective
We explore what abundance truly means and how we can begin to move toward it — without bypassing what’s hard.
Week 4 – Living from Enough
A closing practice to help you name what’s shifting, what supports you, and what might come next on your journey.
Dates & Times
Unlike a self-paced course, this is a real-time experience - a rare chance to engage in reflective discussion and journaling face-to-face with me and a small group, where you’ll receive personal support, guidance and connection along the way.

4 weeks: beginning 10 July 2025
Location: Live on Zoom
WhatsApp Group: Ongoing support & reflections between sessions
Session Length: Each session runs for 75 minutes, with 60 minutes of guided exploration and reflection, followed by a dedicated 15-minute space at the end for group discussion.
When you join I will send you invitations, with Zoom links, for each of the four sessions.
Investment & Accessibility
All my course are designed to be as accessible as possible, while also recognising the depth of support and transformation they offer.
There are two pricing options:
Standard Rate – £185 (for those who need a little more financial flexibility)
Supporter Rate – £225 (for those who can comfortably pay more and would like to support others in accessing this course)
Both options provide the same experience, and you are welcome to choose the price that best reflects your personal circumstances. If the Standard Rate is still a barrier, please reach out - I don’t want cost to be the reason someone misses out.
To maintain confidentiality, these events will not be recorded. However, if you miss a session, you'll receive a worksheet with all the journaling prompts, core guidance and teachings on that day's theme plus links to mindfulness practices you can access yourself. And, of course, you can always connect directly with me through our dedicated WhatsApp group.

Sessions aren’t recorded, to preserve group confidentiality. But you’ll receive notes and resources from the session, and you can always book a 30-minute 1:1 catch-up session at a special course rate of £50.
