This is an 8-week mindfulness for stress course every Thursday evening 7pm to 9.30 starting on 12th January.
It is an opportunity to learn strategies & approaches to deal with stress within a small group setting. Please see www.newmindfulness.net for more details & an application form.
The course costs £159. The price includes a workbook, four CDs, refreshments and a follow-up practice session. There's a discount of £15 if registering and paying before 31st December. Also, a reduced rate of £99 for people on low incomes.
