Join us for an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation over 2 Sundays- 2nd and 9th July, 10am-2pm.

Over the 2 days we will look at what mindfulness is (and isn't!), have the opportunity to experience different meditations and consider how we can mindfulness to our daily lives.

Mindfulness can benefit many aspects of our lives including our health, work and relationships. Research shows a regular mindful meditation practice can reduce anxiety, stress, depression, exhaustion and irritability and improve concentration, working memory, creativity, attention span and the immune system.

The course will suit beginners as well as those wishing to revisit or re-engage with their mindfulness practice.

Light homemade refreshments will be served on both days, helping to make this course a Wee Retreat for you!
