About this Event
You hold space for others, but how well can you hold space for yourself? And what if an improvement in holding space for yourself could significantly improve your capacity for holding space for your coaching clients?
Hi, I am Christoph. I have been a certified coach for 14 years. However, I have experienced a remarkable change in the way I coach since I began to study mindfulness and cultivated a daily formal and informal mindfulness practice.
Are you an experienced coach? As a trained mindfulness teacher, I would like to invite you to my introductory workshop in mindfulness skills for coaches.
What we will explore :
- What mindfulness is and isn't (including safeguarding and contra-indications)
- Formal and informal ways of practising mindfulness
- How cultivating a mindfulness practice can enhance your coach capacity
As well as the mechanisms and benefits of:
- The Inquiry Process
- The Driven-Doing Mode versus the Being Mode
- The IAA Model of Mindfulness and how to apply it to key coaching skills
- The 7 foundational attitudes of Mindfulness and how to apply them to you and the coaching process
There will be ample time for Q&A and breakout room practice will be included.
A workshop that explores the intersection of coaching and mindfulness, filled with tools for you AND your coaching clients!
