In this Mindfulness and Meditation Class you will learn:

  • Easy physical stances and exercises to bring your thoughts into the present moment within 30 seconds
  • Sentences to say to bring your thoughts into the present moment within seconds
  • An exercise to be able to get into a deep meditation within 5 seconds
  • One or two meditations per class

I look forward to sharing these easy but powerful exercises with you so that you can gain control of your mind.
