Mindfulness and Meditation for Beginners and Experienced Meditators
Overview
We are running weekly drop-in meditation classes on Thursdays, 7:30 to 9pm. The main aims are to overcome stress, develop more peaceful states of mind and deal better with daily problems.
Anyone is welcome, whether beginner or experienced. Classes will include 10-15min breathing meditations, a short talk and a second meditation to deepen the experience. At the end, there is time for questions and discussion. The class is led by an experienced teacher and meditator.
The venue is John White Community Centre, Grange Avenue, Binley CV3 2ED.
There is no need to come to every event: just drop-in on the dates that suit you. Also no need to book, just show up on the day. Each class is £7.
