Awareness is intrinsic to all human experience and can be systematically cultivated with minimal effort. It is enjoyable and anyone can do it.
Over these four weeks we will explore how to gradually recognise and deepen and cultivate the innate qualities of mind that can lead to greater freedom from suffering and stress. Each week will build on the previous one to develop the the simple skills that enable us to gradually change our relationship to experience in a gentle and loving way that naturally grows awarensss.
The discovery of successive levels of relaxation and ease leads to deeper levels of awareness, confidence, kindness, sensitivity, joy and inherent simple wisdom. The confidence that gradually arises from discovering these qualities of mind, that are always present if you notice, leads naturally to greater fulfillment, meaning and deep contentment. at the same time we are increasingly able to access emotional stability and resilience in the face of challenges and difficulty, so that we respond rarther than react.
Anyone can practice mindfulness and meditation and its really easy when you see how.
This is an invitation to learn the basic skills to navigate and master the storms of the mind we all experience and come into a more satisfying relationship with experience.
