About this event
Beloved women,
I am facilitating weekly women wellbeing circles at St Luke’s community centre, and I would like to invite you to join us.
My intention is to create a safe space to let go of our daily stresses, a space for us to learn meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises to help us look after ourselves better.
My name is Juliana, and my purpose is to help women like me, women that feel tired of always being put second, sometime by ourselves, yes, because we do this without even realizing it, we put ourselves second when we introduce ourselves as someone’s mother, someone’s wife or by our job title, we predefine ourselves so much that we lose our identity.
Now is the time to find who we really are, to empower our feminine, to look in the mirror and recognize our true self.
Creating a strong bond of love, light and friendship, without judgment or comparison. This matter so much in our current ever-changing times.
Life is good, we are divine and it is time for us to open space inside ourselves to see our divinity and to celebrate it with our fellow sisters.
