What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the idea of learning how to be fully present and engaged in the moment, aware of your thoughts and feelings without distraction or judgment. It can be helpful in managing stress, worry and uncertainty, as well helping you to make the most of everyday moments with your children.
Please Note: Only parents who live in Islington or have a GP in Islington are eligible to access this workshop. Only one ticket is needed per family to avoid double bookings. This workshop is only open to parents and not professionals.
