This is an opportunity to experience a day of mindfulness and yoga practices that have the necessary elements to help you find that work/life balance and become calmer and re-connected with yourself. You will enjoy yoga practices that will help you stretch and cleanse your body, and mindfulness practices which promote your emotional wellbeing and give you peace of mind. It’s for those who have an established yoga and mindfulness practice as well as those who are new to either. They are for anyone seeking to take time out and tune in with their experience in a quiet, supportive, small-group environment. Our day retreats help you to get back into a daily meditation or yoga routine or just deepen your daily practice.
All equipment is provided. You may use the leisure facilities, including swimming pool after the event. If you wish to stay overnight, the Marine Hotel offers a generous discount for an overnight stay and access to leisure facilities.
