About this event
This will be a practical Mindfulness and Yoga sessions to support you, HR Professionals, to promote your physical and mental wellness in these challenging times.
These sessions are practical and will compose of:
- 30 minutes mindfulness meditation practice
- 45 minutes yoga stretching sequence
- 15 mins for question/answers/feedback/sharing
To get the full experience, please have your yoga mats ready (or any other mat or blanket) and wear comfortable clothes.
Anna is a Business Owner and an Independent Human Resources Professional, qualified Yoga/Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach and Mediator, with wide ranging experience and skills gained whilst delivering measurable value to businesses in the financial services, engineering, insurance and health and social care sector. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) with leadership/coaching skills involving managing, developing, empowering, motivating teams and working with individuals and companies to achieve their objectives. A highly motivated individual, with a 'can do' attitude, who is an excellent communicator with good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, coaching, mediation and management/consultancy skills, dedicated to maintaining high quality standards.
Anna is a qualified Life Coach, Values Coach and Mindfulness Coach/Practitioner, who has coached CEO’s, Senior Managers, Team Leaders, and staff in seeing the ‘bigger’ picture, by aligning their values to develop realistic goals and life plans. I do this by developing on-going, confidential, one-tone relationships with clients, to create trust.
Since the start of ‘lockdown’, Anna has been delivering Mindful Moments each weekday morning, on live Instagram streams, to members of the community to support them to thrive, build their resilience, enabling them to develop a sense of calm, relaxation to create balance for their physical and mental wellbeing. Yoga and Mindful Moment offers a space, for participants to pause, reflect, recharge, connect, and learn practices such as Compassion, Mindufulness and Loving Kindness to help them to stay grounded during these times.
Timings:
18:00 - Start of the session
19:30 - Closing
Please note:
- The webinar joining instructions will be sent to you 2 days before the event (with further reminders 2 hours prior to the session and 20mins prior to the session).
- The webinar will start at 18:30 and run for about 90 minutes.
- We will record the webinar and will share will people afterwards. We will be using the recording to upload it to CIPD channels.
- The chat function will be used for participants to engage with the webinar, rather than audio and video, so just be mindful of the login name you use and ensure you are happy for other people to see this.
- Professional photography and video production may be taking place at the event, and these images and videos may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD.
- By attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
- For security reasons, it is requested that participants join the live session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and with the same name as registered on Eventbrite as not doing so may cause a delay or non-admittance to the event.
