Mindfulness meditation has been demonstrated to be of benefit to us for many, many years now. In recent times, combining meditation with science, we can guide you to discover mindfulness for yourself. This will benefit anyone but in particular, those who have struggled with stress, depression & anxiety. We offer an 8 week programme where you will learn to enhance your ability to cope with daily stress and minimise the (re)occurrence of depression and anxiety. Costs are inclusive of all guided meditations and exercises. Small classes to facilliate learning and practise.
