Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Course (8 weeks)

History of depression, anxiety or stress-related issues?
This is an evidence-based Mindfulness course, developed by Mark Williams & colleagues, specifically designed to help people to stay well and reduce their risk of relapse in depression. Mindfulness is also proven to be helpful for anxiety and stress-related problems and is often incorporated into Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
The course is run by Niki Trenchard, an experienced Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and MBCT teacher, who has also trained under Professor Paul Gilbert in Compassion Focused Therapy. She has, for many years now, helped people overcome depression, anxiety and trauma.
The typical cost is £185 per person, but for a limited number, we are offering an introductory rate of £159 per person. We also have a concessionary rate for people on low income and we have Bring-a-Friend rate so you can support each other in your practice.
