Learn to Deal More Skillfully with the Stresses and Strains of Daily Living

Mindfulness helps enhance general physical and mental wellbeing. If you have experienced depression in the past, or are experiencing stress, anxiety or feel generally ‘dissatisfied’ with your life, an 8-week mindfulness course could help you develop skills to better respond to the ‘ups and downs’ of everyday living.

This 8-week course is free of charge.

Please note: This course is not appropriate for someone currently experiencing clinical depression. It is not offered as treatment for any serious physical or psychological conditions.

Mindfulness-Based Programmes Reduce Anxiety, Depression and Stress

Time Requirement

  • 2-hour weekly class
  • 45-minutes practice daily
  • ½ day retreat
