Mindfulness Based Living Course
Event Information
About this Event
About the Class
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. This course will bring you through topics including self acceptance, working with distraction and a mindfulness based life.
This is an 8 week block of classes with an additional introductory week which will run every Monday from the 11th January between 7pm and 9pm through the video calling platform Zoom. Please note there will be a break during the February school holiday on Monday 15th February so there will be no class this week. The final class will be Monday 15th March.
A link to join the Zoom sessions will be sent to you by email in advance of the first session.
