Join our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8-week course in the community, starting on Monday 8th May.
Mindfulness is a simple yet highly effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. By focusing your attention on the present moment, you can naturally increase your sense of wellbeing and eliminate worrying thoughts.

- Just 8 weeks of Mindfulness practice has been shown to shrink the areas of the brain associated with stress

Mindfulness is easy, can be practised by anyone....and most importantly it's incredibly enjoyable!
This eight-week life skills course will include:
- mindfulness meditation
- gentle stretching and movement
- mindful walking
- group dialogue and discussion
- combined with your own home practice
The course will take place at The Old School Community Hub, Ivinghoe, on Monday evenings on the following dates: 8th, 15th, 22nd May, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June, 3rd July. There are just 9 spaces available.

What if I cannot make all of the dates?
Weekly sessions last 2-2.5 hours over an 8 week period. (NB. A commitment to attending at least 6/8 sessions is required. Should you not be able to attend one week, I am able to see/talk to you separately to discuss what has been covered).
