What is MBSR?
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a scientifically validated program, recognized worldwide for its effectiveness in reducing stress, building resilience, and improving overall well-being. Developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, MBSR has since become a global standard in mindfulness education, trusted by individuals, professionals, and healthcare providers alike.
In Switzerland, the eight-week MBSR program is reimbursed by certain health insurances.
