Join Emma Tubmen for a small goup (max 5 people) every Friday from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm and learn how to completely disconnect.

Dates:

° First group of sessions: 20th April - 27th April - 4th May

°Second group of sessions: 11th May - 18th May - 25th May

°Third group of sessions: 08th June - 15th June - 22nd June - 29th June

Price: if booked as a package: £36 for 3 sessions or £48 for 4 sessions (£12/session)

What is Mindfulness ?

Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment,which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training.The term "mindfulness" is a translation of the Paliterm sati, which is a significant element of Buddhist traditions. In Buddhist teachings, mindfulness is utilized to develop self-knowledge and wisdom that gradually lead to what is described as enlightenment or the complete freedom from suffering.
