The classes are combination of mindfulness exercises and movements with intention to introduce meditation and mindfulness to the children. It will be fun and all the games are disigned to tech children how to pause, be more aware of their emotions and how they can quiet their minds. The mindfulness movements will make them more aware of their bodies, how they can recognise what is happening and the effect emotions have to the body.
