About this Event
The advantage of a course over using an app or downloaded audio meditations is that you have an expert on hand to guide you and answer any questions. I am a certified and insured Mindfulness teacher and co-author of 2020 book 'Mindfulness for Challenging Times'.
Learn about your mind's 'automatic pilot, dealing with barriers, mindful exercises and meditation techniques, staying present and coping with stress in my 4-week mindfulness course between 2nd December and 6th January (excluding 23rd and 30th December). You may wish to advance your practice further and deeper with a continuation 4-week course from 13th January to 3rd February.
Book both together as an 8-week course to get a 10% discount.
