Mindfulness Course Free Taster Session

Mindfulness had been demonstrated to reduce stress, improve health and raise performance and productivity in the workplace. There are numerous benefits to derive from the practice, which can be implemented at work and in all areas of life.
Practice has been shown to restructure the brain, increasing the density of grey matter in as little as 8 weeks.
The Wednesday, October 26th session is a free taster in advance of an upcoming course of 5 one hour weekly sessions, starting Wednesday, November 9th at the same time and location. £25/session. Practice CD included.
The taster will include experiential practices, discussion and presentation of scientific theory. Course details will be discussed on the day or feel free to contact us below.
