Six-Week Mindfulness Course.
Mindfulness is the practice of consciously focusing the mind in the present moment without judgement or attachment and with compassion for self and others.
Regular mindfulness practice has been shown to have a number of benefits including:

Our six-week course is an enjoyable introduction to Mindfulness.
Each session lasts for one hour and forty minutes.
Sessions take place in a beautiful natural lakeside setting.
In the warm, welcoming and comfortable room, surrounded by nature we will learn new techniques and information every week.
In a safe and supportive group setting we will explore the benefits of mindfulness and how we can practice day-to-day.
Each week we will also benefit from in-session formal mindfulness practices and support for ongoing formal practice outside of sessions.
The price includes handouts to help you with your between-session practice and learning.
Between-session practice is an important part of your learning.
The price also includes refreshments.
The venue is an accessible building and there is free parking available.
