Sometimes we need to pause in the present. Reconnecting with your body and senses allows you to understand yourself and the thoughts you maybe experiencing. Mindfulness can help manage anxiety and depression and is a useful skill to master for all, so you can:
  • become more self-aware
  • feel calmer and less stressed
  • feel more able to choose how to respond to your thoughts and feelings
  • cope with difficult or unhelpful thoughts
  • be kinder towards yourself.
