Event Details

This 6 week course is designed to give you the tools you need to bring mindful awareness to your life, de-stress and find some inner peace. Suitable for complete beginners and great for those wanting to refresh their mindfulness practice. This course is run by world renowned teacher and author Frances Trussell.

Over 6 weeks you will learn: 

  • How to live Mindfully and thrive 
  • How to get more from everyday life
  • How to meditate 
  • What Mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into your life 
  • How to reduce stress and overcome overthinking

Course Requirements:

You don't need any previous meditation experience, just an open mind, a willingness to give it a go and a commitment to carrying out a daily meditation practice for the duration of the course. 

This is a secular course, there is nothing in particular to believe in and everyone is welcome to take part.

Frances Trussell - Mindfully Happy

Frances is passionate about making mindfulness accessible to all and has taught mindfulness meditation to many hundreds of people in a range of settings. She appeared on ITV1's Sugar Free Farm as Mindfulness Coach and advises on mental health to and across the media. She is a pioneer of Mindfulness based therapy (MBRTT) in her 1-1 work, transforming clients quickly to overcome anxiety and depression so they can be more present in their lives. She is the bestselling author of 'You Are Not Your Thoughts; The Secret Magic of Mindfulness' published by O'Books.
