A relaxing wellness retreat for mind, body and soul and connection with nature. 

Enjoy a rejuvenating break and learn empowering practices that will restore calm and balance into your life. 

Revitalise yourself at the sumptuous Sidford overlooking stunning woodlands and with outstanding panoramic views.  Learn and experience tools and techniques which will inspire you to bring positive change to your lifestyle and to bring back that much need balance between mind, body and soul to ensure long lasting positive effects. Indulge in well needed relaxation and rejuvenate the senses to face the challenges of life with renewed vigour.  


Day 1 - Saturday .... November 20..

11.00am to 11:30am Welcome and Refreshments

11:30am to 12:30pm Intro to Mindfulness (LOA – Law Of Attraction e.t.c)

12:30pm  to 1:30pm Break – Afternoon Tea/refreshments 

1:30pm to 3:30pm – Team Building Exercise

3:30pm to 4:30pm – Tuning Fork Therapy (Individual Session)

4:30pm to 5:00pm – Break, refreshments and snacks.

5:00pm – 5:30pm  Meditation - enhancing awareness 

5:30pm – 6:00pm  Q&A 

6:00pm – Finger Buffet at (The Salty Monk)   www.saltymonk.co.uk  and Leisure time

8:00pm – Personal time / fireside time / night time activity 

9:00pm  – Bat and Moths Walk

Day 2 - Sunday 6th November 2016

8:30am to 10am Breakfast

10am to 10:30am Reiki treatments (Individual Session)

10:30am to 10:45am Break – refreshments and snacks

10:45am to 12:15pm 0am to 10:30am ........

10:30am to 10:45am Break – refreshments and snacks

10:45am to 12:15pm Yoga – revitalising

12:30pm to 1:30pm –Lunch

1:30pm to 2:15pm – Stress Management

2:30pm to 3:00pm –  Yoga 

3:00pm  to 3:15pm – Break, refreshments, snacks

3:15pm  to 4:00pm – Final thoughs, farewell and gift bag.


Example Schedule

Arrive between 4-5pm for unload, welcoming talk and settling in


7am – wake up

7.30am – simple movement/warm-up exercises & meditation

8.30am – breakfast / tasks / make packed lunch

9.30am – mindfulness and nature connection activity 

1pm - lunch 


2pm – personal / free time


4pm – mindfulness and nature connection activity 


6.30pm - Supper / Tasks


7.45pm - Meditation


8pm – personal time / fireside time / night time activity 


Course Package 

2 day programme / 1 night Camping (Bring Your Own Tent Compulsory)  / lunches/ evening meal / snacks and refreshments on both days 

Your weekend package includes sessions that have been selected to provide you with experiences and tools that are informative, enjoyable and practical to use in everyday life including; mindfulness, yoga, positive body image, stress management.  These will be delivered by highly motivated and experienced individuals, who will empower you to feel exceptional.  

Our choice of location with its buildings, beautiful setting and views will be the optimum place to switch off, unwind and breathe.  Before you leave us, we will ensure you walk away with a spring in your step by giving you a complimentary gift bag full of wellness goodies.
